About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of People to lead the strategic development and management of a data-driven and process-oriented talent engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on acquiring, developing, and retaining high-performing individuals. This role demands a strategic leader who can create and enhance cost-efficient, objective hiring and performance management processes, and who can coach and collaborate with managers to ensure adherence to these processes. The VP of People will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performance internal recruiting team and will be expected to have a strong, process-based management approach, critical thinking skills, and a proactive, self-learning mindset.Critical skills for this role include high-impact execution expertise, a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a low-key personality that is focused on organizational achievements. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-driven and process-oriented hiring and management skills, and will be adept at strategic planning and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Autonomous execution, comprehensive technical knowledge, and a results-driven mindset are also essential. The role is remote-first, but the candidate must be located in Florida.
