Job Description Audiovisual General Manager - Phoenix Area Exciting opening in our Phoenix Branch Location - AV Services to Education Industry
What is Involved in the Job? • Duties include providing engineering development, design integration, sales and technical support, and quality assurance for all audio/visual systems
• Directly supervises, coaches and mentor's audio visual team members
• Manages expenses, salaries, head count and directly in charge of P&L for branch
• Works withing Netsuite to assign projects to the design team as well as to Project Managers
• Manages direct relationship with subcontractors to set SOW and procedures for projects between customer and our subcontractors
• Create detailed system designs to include audio, video, control systems, etc
• Communicate with vendors on product information, pricing, and timelines, as needed
• Complete bid documentation including: attending bid planning meetings to identify customer needs, budget requirements, design, and bid submittal
• Prepare custom proposals, labor estimates, material needs, and Scope of Work
• Estimate Installation, Programming, and Configuration labor

Requirements • 10 years of AV experience
• 5 years of low voltage signal flow for video/audio/control, D-Tools, and CAD design
• CTS
