Job Description:

• Experience in Portfolio management with managing Scrum of Scrum
• Create a master plan for scrum, epics, working with business owners and product owners
• Understand the needs/requirements, prioritization of Epics, and capacity of Scrum teams
• Strong Program Manager skills
• Reporting skills - Roll up the status from Scrum team and create a grand program status report
• Track financials at the portfolio/program levels
• Escalation contact for Scrum teams, Product Owners and other teams.
• Help scrum master with ceremonies and other scrum activities.
• Excellent communication skills - Person will be working with Sr Business and IT Stakeholder.
