JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role - SDET/Developer Role -

Location - Phoenix only

Responsibilities:

Test Automation Development (60%):

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java, contributing to the robustness and reliability of our test suite.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance testability and incorporate testing into the software development process.

Core Development (40%):

• Core Java/microservices/Spring Boot & API development experience is must to have.
• Worked as scrum team member as Developer/automation role.

Test Framework Design:

• Design and implement test automation frameworks that support scalability, maintainability, and reusability of automated tests.
• Integrate automated tests into the existing development and continuous integration processes.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements, provide input on design for testability, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Test Execution and Reporting:

• Execute automated test scripts, analyze results, and provide timely and accurate feedback to development teams.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive test reports, documenting test results and identifying areas for improvement.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring early detection of defects and seamless release processes.
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
• Participate in code reviews to ensure that testability, maintainability, and coding standards are met.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in software development and testing.
