Purple Drive Solution is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Role: Technical Project Manager

  • 12 years of IT experience with 4 years of project/program management experience managing medium to large software development projects, with a consistent record of delivering winning product constructs
  • Functional knowledge of Credit Card or Banking or Financial domain.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development environment and on global products highly desired.
  • Project management acumen: intellectual curiosity and ability to focus on detail while keeping the big picture in perspective, both proactive and adaptable, adept at relationship building and effective communication, ability to influence those not under your direct authority
  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully and within a matrixed organization
  • Strong relationship leadership with a track record of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including senior leaders
  • Team player comfortable working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, within a cross-border/virtual team environment
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of technical delivery with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and ownership
  • Experience understanding technology solutions at an enterprise-level is helpful
  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams delivering extraordinary technology solutions on time
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with third parties, development, and product managers
  • Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity, advocating for simplification, influencing teams and being able to build your own path to navigate to solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and of taking pride in your delivery
  • Passion to enable business capabilities through innovation
  • Agile Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
