Are you passionate about outside B2B sales and account management?

Here’s your opportunity to be out in the field connecting with customers and winning new business! This is an individual contributor, heavy outside B2B sales position in which you will be selling our staffing services and workforce solutions, working in tandem with branch operational/recruiting staff, and helping to manage our client relationships.

What you’ll get to do:

• Aggressively prospect, cold call, gain appointments, and execute a sales funnel process through to close.
• Oversee, manage, and grow existing accounts
• Consult and engage with customers, growing and maintaining relationships
• Partner with local branch staff to plan, strategize, and meet sales goals
• Leverage Salesforce to build and document an account management and growth strategy for each account

What you bring to the table:

• 3 years related sales experience, Bachelor’s or associate degree. or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Hunter mentality with experience meeting established KPIs
• Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Physical and Work Requirements

Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.

Extensive local travel required within territory. Valid driver’s license and good safety record required for driving to locations. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions
