Responsibilities to include:

• Analyze, design, and administer the company’s incentive compensation programs.
• Handling long and short-term incentives, and commissions that align with company objectives and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
• Assesses jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt and appropriate salary grading.

This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will start at $80k. Please apply today..
