Apple Roofing is seeking sales professionals to join our team as Roofing Consultants. On this team, youll be assisting property owners impacted by natural disasters. Meeting with homeowners and business owners to protect and repair their property. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales. He/she will need to navigate the post-disaster sales cycle and securing impacted homeowners' trust and business (training provided). An excellent candidate will be able to service the customers' wants and needs while maintaining a high-level of communication and organization under stressful conditions. After completing our in-depth training, he/she should have a strong understanding of roofing-related quality control and instruct subcontractors on tasks that need to be completed, ensuring all workmanship is done to our high standards. Overall, this role is focused on helping homeowners and business owners protect and repair their property after a major weather event.
Additional duties include:
Generate and qualify post-weather event opportunities
Document sales by creating and updating customer records in CRM
Source and develop customer referrals in a post-catastrophe environment
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Maintain customer database
Make sales calls to new and existing clients in a post-catastrophe environment
Make storm repair and replacement presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and insurance representatives as needed.
Develop post-catastrophe sales proposals
Prepare and present General Contractor Agreements and Contingency Agreements
Attend all company training sessions
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales opportunities
Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Sales background preferred

This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. In addition, Roofing Consultants:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
Must be able to walk long distances
Must be able to work in hot, cold, humid and/or rainy weather conditions
Paid training
OTE $30,000-$100,000 within the first six weeks of joining our team
