Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $53K-65K benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Recruit top talent nationally to support business unit growth; includes attracting qualified talent, utilizing Internet job postings, college and tech school recruiting, cold calling, networking, advertising, social media, researching new markets and employee referrals.* Create and maintain open communication with Hiring Managers to understand and deliver on staffing expectations.* Ensure a positive communication, interview and follow up experience with candidates.* Own the recruitment process of each position from sourcing, to screening, interviewing, selection and offers.* Using a multi-media approach, maintain continuous pipeline of interested, pre-screened and/or qualified candidates for the organization.* Utilize technology (HCM, LMS) for sourcing, applicant tracking and on-boarding.* Develop and implement recruiting interview tools such as interviewing/screening templates and continuously evaluating the interviewing process.* Ensure applicant pools are adequate, qualified and diverse.* Create and maintain college relationships through student, professor and alumni interactions as well as attending career fairs.* Monitor/maintain company web presence in areas of Human Resources and employment.* Project Work related to progressively improving our ability to recruit and hire top talent.* Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
QualificationsEducation and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Travel Requirements: 25% travel time may be expected. Travel times will vary according to the schedules of opportune seasons for recruitment. Occasional visits will be required to the job-sites.
