- Cell phone
- Reliable transportation (preferably truck or can carry a ladder)
- Strong communication skills
- Good customer service, business practices, and ethics
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generate business through running marketing and canvassing leads, generating referrals, networking within the community and neighbors of existing customers
- Inspect properties and create damage reports
- Sign roofing agreements and turn in job orders
- Attend adjustments and negotiate appropriately with insurance companies
- Check on projects during build
- Deliver exceptional customer service
