Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team. As a Project Supervisor, you'll oversee asphalt projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed safely, and on time. If you have a strong background in construction or asphalt, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage asphalt projects, including arranging parking plans, Supervise crew members, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Coordinate with other teams, such as quality control and logistics.
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and reports to the office.
Implement company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in asphalt or construction project management
Strong knowledge of asphalt processes, safety regulations, and industry standards (preferred)
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
Valid driver's license
