To continue to provide the level of support our customers have come to expect, we are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist who can assist our customers with issues both technical and non-technical. The responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist include: responding to tickets in a timely fashion, working with customers to solve both trivial and novel challenges, and working with the engineering team to provide technical assistance.
The perfect candidate will be a proactive, socially inclined individual with experience dealing with small business owners. A technical background is ideal, but not required. The role is designed to be flexible; we're looking for individuals who can contribute to our community and team in a number of ways. At Meta Labs, being part of the Support team works a bit differently than at traditional businesses, because the engineering team, sales team, and support team all work together to define next steps for the product.
