**Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $15.60/hr DOQ**

Under general supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, provides professional assistance to the public as the primary point of contact with the City. This position often represents the initial contact between the City and the customer; therefore professionalism must be exhibited at all times. Performs a variety of clerical, record-keeping, cash handling, payment processing, data entry and customer service duties related to services provided by the City. Works independently. Excellent customer service, computer skills and previous experience are critical for this position.

**Qualifications**

* High School diploma or GED.

* Minimum two (2) years customer service experience.

* Must be bondable.

* A comparable amount of education and/or experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

* Valid Florida Driver License

* Complete the required National Incident Management System (NIMS) training within 6 months of completion of probationary period.
