Heritage Design Supply is a full-service selection provider for residential home builders.

As an installer within the Grate Expectations team, you will help ensure customer satisfaction by successfully installing grates and vents into hardwood floors at residential job sites.

• Arrive at office daily to receive work orders to complete at various job sites.
• The Installer is responsible for completion of work orders for installation and adjustments of grates and vents into hardwood floors at residential job sites.
• Visit job sites daily and in person to install grates into hardwood floors.
• Perform quality control and ensure work orders or completed in a timely manner.
• Stay in consistent communication with Manager when work orders are completed.
• Arrive back to the office to return all necessary equipment and tools used.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• Familiarity with flooring, sanding, or installing hardwood floors.
• Experience with woodworking.
• Comfortable with power and hand tools (router, bind saw, circular saw, etc.)
• Organization skills to include time management and prioritizing.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Must meet MVR requirements.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Extended time working on floors and on knees.
