We are open varying hours and would need someone who is able to stay until 7:00PM some evenings and work Saturdays from 8:30AM-4:00PM.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, patient service, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor

- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately

- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar

- Verify patient information and insurance details

- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Utilize various software systems such as Eaglesoft, Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role

- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is preferred

- Proficiency in using office equipment like printers and fax machines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems like ER or similar platforms is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
