The HR Operations Specialist provides a quality service (i.e., accurate and timely response and record) to all Lennar Associates who contact the Shared Service Center with Benefits, Payroll, and other HR inquiries. The role serves as an HR advocate, providing Associates with a forum to express concerns, modeling Lennars service standards for professionalism and empathy in each interaction.
This role would need to have the flexibility to support the West Coast region within the hours of 11am-8pm eastern time.
