Machine Operator (Feeder-bar) - 2nd & 3rd shifts available- $21/hour

Responsibilities:

• Check pieces to the quality standards and dump 4 lbs. basket
• Adjust machines as required to keep parts in tolerance
• Change tooling as needed
• Tumble parts for eliminating burrs, and chips as needed
• Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine.
• Install tooling for setup and tooling is placed in the proper place per the setup sheets

Requirements:

• Read and understand blueprints
• Must be able to use and understand measuring devices and equipment such as; calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness tests and thread gages
• Must pass all ISO training within the first month
• Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand at least 6 hours a day
