Qualigence International is Hiring a Feederbar Machine Operator Near Mentor, OH
Feederbar Machine Operator
1st Shift $24/hr
2nd Shift- $24/hr
Hours for 2nd Shift: Monday - Saturday 3p-11p
3rd Shift - $25/hr
Hours for 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday 11p-7a
Responsibilities:
- Check pieces to the quality standards and dump 4 lb basket
- Adjust machines as required to keep parts in tolerance
- Change tooling as needed
- Tumble parts for eliminating burrs, and chips as needed
- Manual dexterity for adjustments and loading of the machine.
- Install tooling for setup and tooling is placed in the proper place per the setup sheets
Requirements:
- Read and understand blueprints
- Must be able to use and understand measuring devices and equipment such as; calipers, micrometers, pitch micrometers, hardness tests and thread gages
- Must pass all ISO training within the first month
- Lift a maxium of 50 lbs
- Ability to stand at least 6 hours a day
