About the Role

The Company, a global leader in marine innovation, is seeking a Vice President/General Manager for its Power Systems business. This role is pivotal in driving the development and delivery of a global product strategy to foster growth and maximize value creation. The successful candidate will lead the team in ensuring new product launches are timely, within budget, and have a significant marketplace impact. Additionally, the role involves overseeing a large-scale capital plan to enhance development and manufacturing capabilities, guiding pricing and promotion strategies, influencing brand strategies, and engaging in M&A activities. The VP/GM will also be responsible for leading a diverse, global team, engaging with stakeholders to influence the regulatory environment, and partnering with sister divisions to define and deliver electric propulsion strategies.Applicants must have over 10 years of P&L management experience in power systems categories, a strong track record in customer-driven new product development, and a clear indication of strategic decision-making that drives results. The role requires a thought leader in enterprise-level business, product, and M&A strategies, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels and functions. A BS/BA in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with an MBA strongly preferred.
