Job DescriptionAs a Roofing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our roofing projects while actively contributing to the growth and success of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in ordering supplies for roofing projects.
- Picking up materials for roofing projects as needed.
- Obtaining new business for the roofing company through effective sales strategies.
- Working closely with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Participating in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop strategies for business growth.
- Actively pursuing leads and closing sales to meet revenue targets.
- Previous experience in roofing or construction industry preferred.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required.
- We are looking for candidates willing to train and do things the company way
- Competitive salary: $700-$800 per week plus commission.

- Flexible employment arrangement: 1099 contractor or W2 employee.
Note: This position requires frequent travel within the New Orleans metro area and Baton Rouge.
