Job Summary : The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all part numbers, price pages, and warranty information across all modalities for Mindray North America.

This position also supports the Marketing Managers with general administrative functions and special projects.Position Specifications :

Essential Functions

Responsible for product-related functions for the release of new products and maintenance of products including new part number requests, Sales BOM (topfills) updates, and pricing updates in SAP.

Serve as the main point of contact for issues with SAP part numbers and drives to resolutionEstablish and maintain all part number integrations for all products, including the placing of part numbers on and off booking holdMaintain all price pages for products across all modalitiesMaintain Product Warranty tables across all modalitiesAssume lead role updating the online store / future e-commerce siteAssist Marketing Managers with the management and distribution of price lists and InfoXpress bulletinsSubmit, track, and manage CRs and POs across all modalities for non-Corp Communications materialAssist in special projects on an as-needed basis including tracing reportsPerform general administrative support tasks to support the Marketing team and cover for the Sr.

Marketing Coordinator when necessaryKnowledge / Educational Requirement

College graduate or equivalentAt least 1-2 years experience in a corporate office environment desiredSAP knowledge is preferredSalesforce.

com knowledge is preferredSkills and Abilities

Strong Administrative and PC skills a must including, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookStrong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of personnel both internal and externalStrong research abilities, and oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detailMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily adapt to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
