About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Operations with a focus on commercial lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the global business strategy to provide a comprehensive financial services offering to the customer base. This role involves overseeing and guiding the infrastructure, policies, procedures, and product offerings that support the business, as well as leading a team of senior leaders to ensure the effective implementation of the organization's financial services strategy. The VP will also be tasked with integrating financial activities into the retail business, increasing finance penetration rates, and ensuring proper risk-adjusted returns. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial lending, with a preference for those with experience in captives. A strong strategic orientation, expertise in financial products, and the ability to collaborate and influence across a global organization are essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in financial management, including budgeting, planning, and financial reporting. Experience in the agriculture or chemical industry, knowledge of financial services regulatory environments, and advanced skills in accounting, finance, and treasury disciplines are also key requirements.
