Hilldun is hiring a Los Angeles Client Relations Manager to support Hilldun's West Coast and APAC clients.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities- Oversees Hilldun’s West Coast and APAC clients (the “Territory”) or as determined by position or assigned by management
- Mitigates client concerns and issues by monitoring areas such as volume, agings, concentrations, credit coverage and credit losses
- Builds a strong rapport and working relationship with clients
- Acts as the point person for assigned accounts, communicating and working directly with various departments to address client needs and inquiries
- Onboard new clients located within the Territory
- Oversee Los Angeles Office
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry and specific brand experience preferred
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Knowledge of factoring
