Joybird is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Leader for our Showroom in West Hollywood, CA.

An Assistant Store Leader at Joybird plays an integral role in laying the foundation for our retail business. You will report to the Store Leader and play an integral role in ensuring our retail store is a success! This role has incredible growth potential as the company grows. You'll assist the Store Leader with building a team of exceptional stylists, executing processes and procedures that help us consistently provide amazing customer service, and ensuring that the store exceeds defined financial performance targets.

* Coach and mentor others and be a self starter able to identify problems and quickly implement solutions.

* Become an expert on the full Joybird catalog and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customers unique needs.

* Partner with the Store Leader to share your valuable insight with our product, marketing and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback.

* Assist Store Leader with scheduling and payroll to effectively meet the needs of the business and company expectations.

* Maintain operational excellence assisting with implementation of key policies, procedures, training and initiatives with your team.

* Play a role in recruiting top talent for the team.

* In partnership with Store Leader, analyze KPIs and reporting to create business solutions and exceed sales targets.

* Open and close the store, execute system opening and closing procedures, and handle cash where appropriate.

* Lead, uphold and embrace Joybirds mission and core values.
