Job Duties :
- Make initial outbound calls to patients following a script that are enrolled to participate in a study (No Selling)
- For inbound calls : Will answer calls from messages left and will answer questions from a provided script.
- Data Entry
Requirements :
- Two years call center experience
- Previous medical experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Basic to intermediate data entry experience
Business casual / no shorts / jeans are ok
19.00 / hr
Shifts are 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm
