World Bioproducts is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative with a sharp attention to detail and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer care. We take a hands-on approach to growing our customer and fostering the long-lasting relationships that we have established. As an experienced team in customer service and sales, we seek to provide world class service to our domestic and international customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage order entry for domestic customers.
• Send Certificates of Analysis, as indicated via daily reports and ad hoc requests.
• Participate in answering phone calls directed to the company and direct calls as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries about order status, product availability, invoice requests, etc. as received.
• Participate in drop shipment and standing order management.
• Assist with international orders and shipments.
• Support the Customer Service and Sales Department as requested.

About You/Minimum Job Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher required.
• An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales.
• A positive personality and the natural ability to connect with customers and other team members.
• One or more years of relevant work experience.
• Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite, including familiarity with Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Nav preferred.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
