Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ad Networks
- Track, measure, and report on all campaign work weekly
- Manage communication and interaction for the team in a timely and consistent manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition shifts, Google updates, and valuable MarTech
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
- Achieve customer acquisition targets for both volume and efficiency
- Perform regular competitive analysis and create and execute strategies as a result
- Perform regular keyword research and identify net new growth opportunities
- Write and test ad copy for paid search campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams within the digital marketing department
- Ideate landing page A/B tests to improve ad performance
- Identify, execute, and implement campaign experiments and ad variations
- 1 year of Paid Search marketing experience, with emphasis on search advertising and Shopping Ads
- Working knowledge of advertising platforms and industry trends
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4
- Experience with landing page testing
- Expert in Excel or Google Sheets
- Working knowledge in conversion tracking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing
- 1 year of experience in paid advertising
