Do you Excell in Sales and Customer Service? We're looking for Ambitious and enthusiastic Real Estate Agents to help our home buyers and Sellers. You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us.
Customer Service Follow up Calls to our database of active home shoppers is required.

Responsibilities
•Manage our CRM, update email campaigns, manage calendar.
•Set Appointments with Home Buyers and Home Sellers.
•Outbound Phone Calls to our Real Estate Prospects.
•Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
•Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
•Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Qualifications
•Must be a Team Player focused on increasing sales for the entire Team.
•Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
•Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
•An established track record of successful real estate sales
•Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
