We have a high bar of excellence and are in need of a couple of Agents to help with the overwhelming amount of leads we generate, last month more than 500.

This is not your typical sales job.

This is full-time work.

What you will do: You will train hard on all systems and materials.

• You will speak to people over the phone to set face to face appointments.
• You will perform face to face presentations to prospective clients.
• You will use our resources to discover the best properties for our clients and show them the properties that best fit their needs.
• You will negotiate sales contracts in the best interest of your clients.
• You will perform due diligence, and help your clients meet the terms and conditions of their contract to secure them their property.

The experience you need: Inside Sales, Field Sales highly desired but not required. ***Years of real estate experience with an “I know it all” and “That’s not how it’s done/industry norm” attitude need not apply…we don’t want bad habits and “traditional” real estate industry mindset here. ***

Compensation: BETTER than competitive with unlimited growth opportunities, commission based'
