The Material Handler is responsible for supporting internal and external customers through accurate receiving, stocking, delivery, and shipment of materials.
In addition, the Material Handler responsible for operating all material support equipment and performing all material support functions (i.
e. receiving, running lines, and shipping) in assigned Operations facility.
Previous experience directly working with material handling equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.), inventory management in a warehouse or manufacturing environment or an evaluated equivalent.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Six (6) months of applicable position experience.
- Ability to become forklift certified to operate a forklift / tugger to receive and deliver parts safely and efficiently.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to an ever-changing environment and processes.
- Experience using warehouse technology or electronics.
- Experience with ship confirming.
