Responsibilities: • Assisting more than 70 sales representatives with various tasks and providing necessary support• Operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to rapid changes • Pushing back professionally when sales representatives request tasks beyond scope• Utilizing strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and issues effectively• Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 to perform administrative tasks and manage data• Undergoing training on company software and utilizing it effectively for job functions• Handling resumes and coordinating with the team for interviews and phone screens• Providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
