Position: Branch Manager - Mandarin Branch

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager, you'll take on the pivotal role of overseeing the daily operations of our Mandarin branch, ensuring we live our commitment to members and community every day. Your leadership will be the beacon that guides your team towards achieving both Branch and Credit Union goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide personnel activities, fostering team cohesion towards the attainment of Branch and Credit Union objectives.
• Oversee branch staff - from hiring, training, and motivating to evaluating and retaining, ensuring effective branch performance.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
• Lead the team in risk control processes and inspections, ensuring the safety of our members, employees, and the credit union.
• Represent the Credit Union in community activities, promoting collaboration across all branches and departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a management role within a financial organization.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in business management may be considered.
• Demonstrated leadership skills - from coaching and teaching to holding staff accountable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, representing the Credit Union in a friendly, professional manner.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with the ability to make decisive actions and accept responsibility for results.
