Are you a motivated, friendly, and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic growing team? We are currently seeking a proven and dedicated Assistant Project Manager to support our expanding company.

This role is in the office.

Primary Responsibility:

• Ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish by helping with planning and execution.
• Be able to perform administrative duties, such as organizing and maintaining the project documents, updating the digital database, and helping to manage the projects budget, along with basic duties such as setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Analyzing data as required
• Tracking and reporting project progress
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Work directly with the project manager to help implement project goals.
• Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field
• 3 years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance.
• Must have copy writing experience.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.

Must be able to work and handle a large database.

• Must be detail oriented, highly organized and accustomed to close follow up on all work activities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think analytically.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision with cut off times.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canvas or other editing programs.
• Knowledge of CRMs
• Experience with managing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of online sales platforms, and e-commerce website is a big plus.
