**Job Description: Operations Manager**

**Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to driving high performance and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to ensure high performance and motivation.

• Conduct quarterly training sessions at minimum to enhance team skills and knowledge.

3. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.

4. Resource Management:

• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all operations comply with applicable regulations and PSM (element 8 specifically) safety standards.

• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.

6. Company Vehicles and Facilities Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Manage company facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the team's needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of operational policies and procedures.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations, including PSM standards.

• Proficiency in resource management and process improvement methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Industrial Services

• Certification in operations management or related areas.
