Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire a receptionist with at least a year of experience in a corporate environment for a long-term opportunity. Please apply ASAP as this is an IMMEDIATE need.

Job duties include:

• Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner; determine the purpose of each visitor's visit.
• Answers screens, and directs phone calls to staff
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk area
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence for multiple entities and departments.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SharePoint, Concur and Canva is preferred but not required
