Job Overview:

• Provide comprehensive technical support to users across the organization.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Educate users on best practices and proper use of IT systems.
• Extensive experience working with AV systems and technology.
• Deep understanding of AV equipment, signal flow, and integration with IT systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving AV issues.
• Develop and implement IT service continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact IT service delivery.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures for IT service continuity.
• Conduct regular tests of continuity plans to ensure effectiveness.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• OSS(Operations Support Systems): 5 years (Required)
• AV (audio-visual): 5 years (Required)
• IT Service Desk: 6 years (Required)
