DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - TEXAS
Our security client is a leading manufacturer of rapid deployment video products/site security solutions and they are looking to hire a full-time District Sales Manager based in either Houston, Austin, or San Antonio for the Texas market. This client is looking for an individual with extensive direct end user sale experience, not reseller/channel experience.
Primary Responsibilities
• Verifiable experience generating new and existing business through direct end user sales.
• Establish long-term sales and marketing plans to achieve sales plan performance for revenue and gross margin.
• Use a team approach to drive sales revenue across the region.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team.
Salary & Benefits
• Base Salary $100K-$110K plus commissions targeting a first year OTE $160K-$170K (Uncapped commission plan).
