Job Description Works with Sales Account Managers when opportunities are identified. Serves as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales. This may include attending customer meetings, performing site investigations and delivering presentations. Support Pre-Sales Activities with prospects or assist customers in defining thier automation needs. A successful Solutions Consultant will have deep application, industry, product, technology or solution knowledge within one or more assigned focus areas, such as process automation, measurement and safety solutions. Responsibilities: Respond to RFI, RFQ, RFP. Lead remote and onsite Discoveries to determine requirements. Plan, configure, and integrate system demos to show how our solution meets the customer's mid- to long-term needs. Use your domain expertise as a resource to advise customers on our products, solutions and services. Analyze our competition's products and define our differentiators, as part of a specific solution.
