Position Title: Patient Financial Services Representative I

Reports To: Director, Patient Financial Services

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting Patient Financial Services Representative II and Patient Access staff to ensure that all tasks assigned are completed timely and accurately. Creates accounts pre-registration.

Starting Wage: $18.159

The posted wage is the current starting wage for this position. Actual wage is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience and qualifications for this position. The wage range for this position may be subject to change in the future depending on a variety of factors such as market conditions, business needs, legal developments, and other appropriate factors.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

* High school graduate or equivalent.

Skills/Experience:

* Highly organized with attention to details.

* Typing skills; able to type at least 45 wpm.

* Demonstrates proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

* One (1) year of data entry experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

* High School graduate

* Completion of medical terminology course

Skills/Experience:

* Two (2) years of data entry experience in a healthcare setting

* Knowledge of Google's G Suite
