- 5pm* Weekends: Monday Friday with rotation into weekends where required* Start Date: ASAP* Duration: 13 weeks with high likelihood of extension* Start Date: Mar 4, 2024

- Patient Types:
- Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc.*
- Skills required:
