How You Will Do ItIn this role, you will be working on executing our OpEx culture by:
- Developing & Driving Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution.
- Conducting training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies.
- Accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the Fiscal Year of the plants under its responsibility.
- Conduct monthly OEX reviews.
- Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region.
- You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
- At least 5 years of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and transform results and processes by applying Lean techniques.
