Upscale Lakeshore is a vacation rental management company. We’re one team, one mission. Our mission is to provide an upscale vacation experience for guests and owners. We’re searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative.This will be a part time hybrid position with up to 20-30 hours a week with weekends required. The typical schedule may be from Friday to Monday with flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and energetic personality with a team player and customer oriented mentality. In this role, you will be the primary contact for guests, handling their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also assist the hospitality team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Corresponding with guests promptly and professionally in regards to guest inquiries and follow up communication, and after hour support
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and booking platforms in a prompt and professional manner and directing as needed
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service
• Be able to share first hand knowledge and in depth understanding of Upscale Lakeshore properties, amenities and the surrounding area of the vacation rentals
• Providing information about our properties, amenities and services that are offered and setting up concierge services as needed
• Communicating with the core management team about all guest feedback and any issues/problems that arise
• Making recommendations for local activities, restaurants and things to do in the the area
• Following Upscale Lakeshore quality standards when supporting the Hospitality Team
• Conducting quality checks after cleanings and ensuring properties are guest ready and providing turnover feedback to the team along with dropping off laundry to provider
• Staging linens per the home requirements, replacing furniture and decor items to their dedicated spots, communicating with management if items are missing
• Stocking appropriate levels of guest amenities which include but not limited to bath soaps, dish tablets, garbage bags, coffee, basic cooking spices and etc and providing guest amenities to guest when needed
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• On call
• Weekends as needed
