At Cosentino () we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our HUB Logistics Center located in Hampton, VA , who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
As a Customer Service Representative, we expect you to deliver excellent customer service acting as a key liaison between our customers and our company by assisting with general inquiries regarding but not limited to : pricing, products, availability of inventory, delivery schedules, order confirmations, and invoicing and collections.
To be a successful Cosentino CSR you need to focus on helping both external and internal customers by communicating in a patient, empathetic, passionate manner.
Our Customer Service Representatives always put themselves in our customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
