A North Carolina based Developer/General Contractor is in search of a Project Manager to join their team. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds strictly in the multifamily market. They focus their efforts on projects in the south east with a prominent presence in the Triad. They have a significant backlog of projects.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
· 5 years of experience in multifamily construction
· Knowledge of wood frame, concrete and podium projects preferred
· Experience managing projects of at least $20 million
· Experience with preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
· Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
