We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within a designated territory, with a focus on the industrial manufacturing sector.

** You will be working remotely when not travelling in your territory (Greensboro, Burlington, Chapel Hill area.) Candidates must reside in these areas to be considered for the opportunity.**

What will you do day-to-day?

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth within the assigned territory
• Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, building and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities
• Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Who are you?

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success in outside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets in the manufacturing space
• Experience in selling within a designated territory, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage and grow a client base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
