We are a small but very busy Law Office located in Greenfield, MA with a focus on Real Estate Law ; Probate and Estate Planning.
This position could be full time or part time dependent on candidates skills and preferences.
We are seeking a legal assistant who also will perform clerical and reception functions while preparing for real estate closings. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Responsibilities: - Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Maintain and organize physical files - Assist with all aspects of real estate closings including settelement and document preparation - Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendar - Assist attorney with administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support legal professionals in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
