Salary: $18-20 per hour, plus piece rate for residential solar installations

NeRD Power is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Electrical Apprentice. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage, with additional compensation for completed solar installations. Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar electrical systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Learn and apply electrical and safety codes related to solar energy systems.
- Assist in assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
- Aid in troubleshooting and resolving issues with solar energy systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and systems.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
