- Facilitate Installation - Facilitate the setup, installation, and clean up for HVAC systems and/or Ductwork.
- Successful Communication - Effectively communicating with teammates while overseeing all aspects of the jobsite.
- Inform and Educate - Homeowners on their new HVAC system ensuring that customer satisfaction level is exceeded.
- Decision Making - Quickly make decisions and offer solutions if difficulties arise.
- Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe manner.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable through company insurance carrier
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Familiarity with Service Titan CRM system is a PLUS
