• Facilitate Installation - Facilitate the setup, installation, and clean up for HVAC systems and/or Ductwork.
• Successful Communication - Effectively communicating with teammates while overseeing all aspects of the jobsite.
• Inform and Educate - Homeowners on their new HVAC system ensuring that customer satisfaction level is exceeded.
• Decision Making - Quickly make decisions and offer solutions if difficulties arise.
• Maintain vehicle in a clean and safe manner.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable through company insurance carrier
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
• Familiarity with Service Titan CRM system is a PLUS
