MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Facilitate the achievement of monthly/annual revenue and profitability goals through

training efforts and leveraging opportunities through coordination with the Plumbing

Manager.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Plumbing Manager in the planning and execution of various plumbing initiatives.

Assist with department planning for: headcount, training topics, revenue metrics and other

items as prescribed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Must have at least five years of plumbing or sales management experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Intimate knowledge of various plumbing codes and industry knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift at least 100lbs, work in confined spaces and maintain balance on

elevated platforms/objects
